Hi, and welcome to my blog.
I’m Dr. Sufian Hadi, a gynaecologist with a special interest in endometriosis, pelvic pain, and Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS). I started this blog because I wanted to do more than treat patients in the clinic or operating room. I wanted to create a space to share knowledge, support, and real stories — especially for women who are tired of being told their pain is “NORMAL.”
Why this matters to me?
I’ve been practicing gynaecology for nearly twenty years. However. since 2020, I’ve focused more deeply on advanced laparoscopic surgery. I completed my GESEA Certification in 2025. But my real education came from my patients — women who lived with pain for years without answers.
Too often, I saw this pattern:
- Women being dismissed when they talk about period pain
- Diagnoses like endometriosis coming too late
- Patients getting the wrong surgeries, or none at all
- Emotional burnout from being unheard and untreated
That’s why I set up a dedicated Menstrual Disorder & Pelvic Pain Clinic, and that’s why this blog exists — to reach more women with information, hope, and options.
What you’ll find here?
This blog is for:
- Women struggling with chronic pelvic pain, heavy periods, or fertility issues
- People who suspect they might have endometriosis or fibroids, but haven’t been diagnosed
- Anyone curious about laparoscopic surgery or other minimally invasive and ablative treatments
- Medical professionals who want to better understand the patient experience
I’ll be sharing:
- Patient-friendly explanations of common gynaecological conditions
- Tips on how to prepare for surgery or seek a second opinion
- Stories from my practice — what I’ve learned, and what I’m still learning
- Updates on new treatments and technologies in women’s health
Let’s move forward together.
Whether you’re a patient, a partner, or a fellow doctor, I hope this blog helps you feel a little more informed, a little more understood, and a lot more empowered. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this:
“Every woman’s pain deserves to be taken seriously. And no one should have to suffer in silence”.
